PhyTA - Phylogenetic Tree Analytics¶

PhyTA is a tool to analize phylogenetic trees. Providing a unique software to process and compare phylogenetic trees using several comparison metrics and visualizing formats with the ability to analize the similarities or dissimilarities between the given trees.
